Dixie here. Have been around awhile but this is my first adventure into cyber world of a web site.

Not to scare you with big numbers ...but the family is still growing... started with three (two girls and a son) kids and what with their kids my Christmas and birthday, etc. presents cost now rival the national deft - BUT I love it and wouldn't change anything... well one, but that's another story.

I don't paint anymore mainly because there are not enough hours in the day. I have a quilting/sewing/hobby/hideaway room that is my sanctuary that is unrivaled in the free-world for it’s color and warmth.

My first quilt was completed during the spring 2003 and as of today I am considering adding another room to my house to handle my growing "Stash", threads and an array of machines and "stuff". Don't I wish. In reality I am building 'stash' faster than I quilt!
